Arnprior and District Museum

The diverse collection of the Arnprior and District Museum is housed in a circa 1896 designated Thomas Fuller Post Office.

It reflects the rich history of Arnprior and chronicles the early days of the town from the era of the Laird McNab, to the vast lumbering companies that dominated the world stage, to the visit of the Prince of Wales in 1860. Room settings, a train station and exhibits help interpret it all. All visitors are welcome and appointments to view the collection by groups or outside operating hours are encouraged.
